Thank you for this post! 10 yrs ago I rolled my ankle, worked another 4 hrs doing road construction, went home and slept, and went to the Dr the next day. I lost my job because of this injury that only took Tylenol and ibuprofen.. and 6 months later 2 surgeries and 2 yrs in a cast because all my ligements were torn and I powered through it. I worked through a dislocated shoulder from dusting, and I go to work with migraines all the time. I don’t remember a week where I don’t have atleast a major headache. All my life I’ve been told it’s normal to have pain, I didn’t know until recently, normal ppl don’t have this pain. You post makes me know I’m not alone or odd. Thank you so much
